Data Warehousing:
Please note: All of the following data warehousing related openings need strong RDBMS concepts.
           Junior Oracle DBA's - around 1 year of experience but solid funda's.
           Oracle DBA's with RAC and RMON - at least 5+ years of experience.
           SQL Server DBA - atleast 4+ years of experience.
           ETL specialists (Informatica or Datastage) atleast 3+years of experience.
           Oracle/SQL Server Developers with strong SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL skills at least 3+ years of experience.
           DB2 Administrators.
Call Center:
Please note: All of the following call center related openings need strong telecom concepts.
IVR:
           GVP Developers.
           VoiceXML developers with knowledge of different IVR platforms.
           Avaya, Edify Developers.
CTI:
           Genesys Framework (Installation and Configuration), Routing.
           Genesys Softphone development, GPlus adapters, Outbound, WFM.
           Genesys Reporting using CCA and Call Concentrator.
           All other components in Genesys Suite.
           Avaya Interaction Center.
Reporting:
           Cognos Developers.
           Brio Developers.
           Crystal Reports.
Web:
           Java Developers (EJB, Struts, etc )
           .NET Developers.
           Web Services.
Misc:
           Application Support
           Windows Administrators
           Linux Administrators
